We work with various Integrated Care Boards (ICBs formerly CCGs), and private clients nationwide supporting children and adults to live the life they want at home or in their community, helping them to achieve their full potential.
We also work with various Case Management Companies across the country providing care to clients requiring peg feeding, Tracheostomy care and other complex needs , and also deliver last-minute, ad-hoc support for children and adults; 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week supplying you with the appropriate staff that you require. We can rest assure you we always have capacity available for your needs at any given time.
We provide person-centred support which means that the individual and their families are involved in making decisions every step of the way.
Our aim is to ensure that consumers are equipped with skills that will help them in the later stages of their lives. We believe that this is vital to enable them to maintain respect, to be self-reliant and make better informed decisions about their lives (with our support where required).
